Slouch much??

I sit pretty much the vast majority of my work day...staring into a computer...analyzing organizational data. Obviously, you do this over an extended period of time, the tension build up and strain on your back and neck will intensify and worsen. Is this sounding all too familiar?? I hope not! Because this is a sign of trouble down the road. So as a way to combat debilitating, chronic pain well into my old age, I decided to do some research on some of the common causes of back pain and exercises for improving my posture as a way to strengthen my back. By the way, I found webMD to be a great resource for starting any health-related research for things like simple remedies or basic knowledge about certain health conditions.

Here are some helpful websites that I came across and thought I would share. Take care of your back or else you will regret it by the time you're 40 which comes around faster than you think!

1. Improving posture

2. Back pain resources

3. Relieving back pain

4. Massages for the lower back
